Accommodation

Block bookings at reduced rates have been made at a variety of hotels (please see HOTEL LIST below). Reservations will be made on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate your order of preference on the hotel reservation form. If the hotel you have chosen is fully booked, First Class will reserve your second choice. Please complete the HOTEL BOOKING FORM (please click to enter) and return it via mail or fax to the Conference Secretariat First Class S.A..

Please note that in order to get the special SSI rates all reservations, changes and cancellations should be made via First Class S.A. Do not contact the hotels directly. Your accommodation costs should be paid directly to the hotel at the check- out. In order to confirm the reservation we need the details of your credit card. Your credit card data will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee your reservation. In case of no show or late cancellation (after the dates given below) the hotel will charge your credit card with the cost of the reservation made.

Prices are per room per night with all taxes and breakfasts. All rooms have a private bath.

Attention: According to their policy the hotels give prices in Polish currency (Polish zloty: PLN). The prices in euros (EUR) are for reference only . They have been calculated according to the National Bank of Poland average currency exchange rate as per October 2010 (1 euro≈3,85 PLN) . The price to pay at the check-out may differ slightly and is subject to the exchange rate at the moment of payment. The price in PLN (Polish zlotys) is fixed.
