Poster Instructions

The pre-requisite for successful posters is good visual presentation, so that your work arouses interest! This can best be achieved by observing the following guidelines:

  • Design your poster layout in the following sections:
    • Title, author, address
    • Introduction/Purpose
    • Methods/Experimental
    • Results/Discussion
    • Conclusions
  • Suggested poster size is A0. Poster stand dimensions are: width: 90 cm; height: 200 cm
  • The method of mounting a poster: double-sided adhesive tape (available at poster stand)
  • Posters stands will be placed in the corridors between lecture rooms, thus posters will be available for participants during coffee breaks.
    • Therefore we strongly suggest all authors presenting their posters in the Poster Session I to mount their posters already on Monday.
    • Authors presenting their posters in the Poster Session II are kindly asked to mount their posters already on Wednesday
  • The posters should be removed by the author by the end of the Poster Session.
  • Posters that have not been removed by the author on time will be removed and disposed by the conference staff.
