INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS
Every conference room is equipped with a data projector.
Available file formats for presentation: pdf, ppt, pptx, odp
Presentations must be loaded to the system not later then one hour before beginning of the session. Speakers are kindly requested to deliver their presentations on a CD-ROM or memory stick previously checked to the technical assistance at the Speakers Center as soon as possible and not later than one hour before the beginning of the session.
Speakers may pre-view and check their presentation on PC's available in the Speakers Center.
