Registration

Registration has been closed on 1st July noon. If you plan to attend the conference, we invite you to register on-site at the conference desk.



Registration fee for Participant includes:
  • Participation in scientific session
  • Conference materials – books of abstracts and proceedings (CD)
  • Conference bag
  • Welcome cocktail on Sunday,3 July,2011
  • Conference tour and Conference Banquet on Wednesday afternoon, 6 July, 2011
  • Lunches (Monday, Tuesday and Thursady) and Lunchbox (Wednesday, during Conference Tour)
Registration fee for Accompanying person includes:

  • Conference tour and Conference Banquet on Wednesday afternoon, 6 July, 2011
Lunches will be served as a buffet lunches at the Warsaw Marriott hotel (conference venue).
The registration will only be confirmed when the registration fee is paid. Invoices for the payments made will be sent together with the confirmation of participation within 7 days after the payment is received by the Conference Secretariat.

Please take advantage of the early registration rates and register before 15 March, 2011. Please kindly note that for that purpose you should fill the registration form and make the payment of the fee before 15 March, 2011.
Cancellation of the registration:
The cancellation of the registration should be notified to the Conference Secretariat (First Class S.A.) in writing only. The registration fees less 25% administrative charges will be refunded if the cancellation is announced before 9 May 2011. After this date no refund will be possible.
